As an illegitimate ruler, Tshisekedi has destabilized the whole country by making permanent insecurity his bet to cling onto power. He has established himself as a chaos agent who thrives on the suffering of his own people, and fomenting violence is his style of rule.
Since Tshisekedi cheated his way to the top office of our country, the security situation quickly moved from bad to worse. While insecurity was previously known to be concentrated in the east, cases of insecurity started to emerge all over the DRC, including Kinshasa.
There is widespread insecurity in the whole country. Even though Tshisekedi mobilized his propaganda machinery to dupe the world into believing that insecurity was only affecting the east, ostensibly due to an imaginary ‘invasion’ by a neighboring country’s army, the world was aware that violent clashes had become a staple in areas like Malemba-Nkulu. The conflicts, from the East to the West, North to South, and Kinshasa are a direct consequence of Tshisekedi’s ethnic division politics. It is the seed of ethnic division sown by Tshisekedi that is shaking Congo to the core.
Like bacteria, Tshisekedi feeds on the suffering of his people. The more the conflict and violence he foments, the more the assurance he gets to perpetually stay in power. The uncontrollable insecurity in DRC should not be seen as a coincidence but by design. As many who fraudulently took the reins of power, Tshisekedi is conscious that legitimacy cannot be in his favor, he will perpetuate conflict so as to cling on to power for many more terms.
