Plans to incite violence against the EACRF by the Kinshasa regime using claims of ‘balkanization’ revealed
The Kinshasa regime is mobilizing the masses, through
the pro-Kinshasa so-called civil society organizations like LUCHA, protests that will culminate into violence targeting the East African Regional Forces (EACRF).
State institutions like the Congolese National Intelligence Agency (ANR) have already set the agenda by leaking a letter they wrote to Tshisekedi, in which, they accused the Ugandan and South Sudan EACRF contingents of planning to ‘balkanize’ the east of DRC. The letter claims that the two forces have erected their communication masts which they will ostensibly use for confidential coordination with the M23 Movement.
By generating the ‘Balkanisation’ conspiracy theory against the regional forces, the Kinshasa regime intends to use mass violence to scuttle the entire regional peace initiative.
You see, Tshisekedi is sulking since his extremely costly ‘diplomatic offensive’ is exploding in his face, especially after realizing that regional leaders have resolved to remain diplomatically neutral in their pursuit of lasting peace for eastern DRC.
Tshisekedi had hoped to divide the region and use leaders and nations against each other so that the entire region would explode into chaos.
Since the region has decided to stay united as they tackle the Congolese conflict, Tshisekedi wants the regional initiative to grind to a halt so that the situation of conflict and chaos is sustained in the east so that he can retain his excuse of declaring this year’s election postponed.
