“Every young Mufuliro must engage in a war against the Banyamulenge and whoever abstains will be treated as an enemy and will suffer a tragic fate!” These are just some of the comments of Tshisekedi’s man, Justin Bitakwira Bihona, who was talking on a Congolese radio program ”Bosolo na politik’ whereby he described Tutsi as ”wicked race” and ”born criminals”.
The world already knows from events in the recent past that Bitakwira is not an isolated case. Ethnic hatred and anti-Tutsi sentiments intensified during Tshisekedi’s reign and Bitakwira is only a tip of the ice-berg.
What Bitakwira said resonates with Tshisekedi’s genocidal “manifesto” targeting Congolese Tutsis, and was lifted directly from the book of the Rwandan genocidaires.
Tshisekedi has devised a new strategy of fronting proxies who advance his devious ideologies so that they can avoid scrutiny and posture as a good leader whose leadership is a “victim of external interference.”
Bitakwira was delegated by Tshisekedi to ventilate anti-Tutsi sentiments just like he delegates the Wazalendo, who are in actual sense FARDC in disguise, to attack the M23 in violation of the Luanda brokered ceasefire.
Bitakwira and his sponsors should wait for their day in court, their heinous crimes won’t go unpunished forever.
